The prerequisite of debating is meaningful argument, the foundation of debating is fine study and practice, the purpose of debating is to adopt good advice from all quarters.

In April 2012, cerebralvascular surgeons, neuro-interventional radiologists from all over the world are welcomed to Beijing to participate in a debating which is full of wisdom and value. The 10th International Conference on Cerebrovascular Surgery will be draw a grand opening.
